"If is leaking on the left and right end of the window against the wall meaning not fit correctly. Need silicone between frame and cill and both ends before fitment."

"I would get in touch with a window fitter as it sounds like it could be as simple as a silicone line"

"Hi, window fitter or mastic man. It could be something more than a split seal"

"the best person to call would usually be a window installer/repair specialist or a general contractor experienced with sealing and waterproofing windows. Depending on the exact cause,"

"Glazier/window fitter would be able to tell you. But I'm also gonna say a roofer as it could be a leaky roof"

"Best idea, is to send as much information via pictures or videos when trying to get the right tradesmen in as it's very difficult to answer without having much information or evidence to work with. Water leaking is an absolute nightmare to diagnose properly without knowing if there's a roof above it, flat or otherwise or whether it's just that the windows weren't installed properly to begin with and silicone has corroded and allowing water ingress."

"It all depends where the leak is
If it’s at the head of the window it’s generally a problem either the brickwork , cladding or roof above
If at the bottom or sides then window fitter would be your best option"
