What is the most scratch-resistant type of surface to use for a countertop?

What is the most scratch-resistant type of surface to use for a countertop? What other steps can be taken when having a new countertop installed to maximize scratch-resistance? I have cats who sometimes like to jump on things, so it could be an issue! Thanks.

"Corian Bench Corian countertops, which are a mixture of acrylic resins, minerals and colourants, are also known as acrylic countertops. You can create a flawless and flowing look by using this type of counter with solid surfaces on your entire counter area. Anyone who wants to create a sophisticated and remarkable look in their kitchens can use this countertop type. You don't need to stick to any decoration style for this...

Composite Bench, Composite counters, known as Çimstone and quartz, are produced from natural stone. There are 90% natural quartz crystals in the structure of composite countertops. This means that you are faced with a very hard and durable countertop type. The kitchens that composite countertops are most suitable for are modern and minimalist kitchens.

Advantages

It is resistant to stains, scratches, heat and long-lasting. The colour transitions on the counter floor are like a certain composition. Unlike natural stone, the composite does not have colour shading and differences. It can be used anywhere, including the stove and the sink.

Disadvantages

The cost of the material due to its content and its sensitivity to acids are its main disadvantages. Another disadvantage of composite countertops is that there are not many colour options."

"It is very dependent on what you want to spend.
Granite is the most resistant to scratches but is the most expensive. It is also porous so if you spilt, for example, red wine on it it will stain.
However, the true answer to your question is that cats would not scratch any countertype surface."
