"Well suited options are Linoleum vinyl tiles which is a very good hard wearing floor with a minimum wear age of fifteen years plus.
Or you could use real wood or laminate all three of those flooring products are well suited for under floor heating. Do not have carpet that requires gripper rods as you'll soon find yourself in a big mess."
"Stone or tile flooring works best, however there are many options, including Vinyl or wood!"

LVT but you would need 10/12mm latex put down.
Carpet but you will need a underfloor heating underlay."
