Wet carpet tiles

I have a concrete floor on top are vinyl tiles then carpet tiles on top these, which now appear wet. Does anyone know why that might be?

"This could be damp rising from under your vinyl tiles. Do you have any pictures ?"

"Maybe you had to lay isolation on top of concrete before laying the tiles."

"The carpet tiles are making the vinyl tiles and/or the concerete sweat probably.

The carpet tiles should be taken up to investigate anyway.

If you want carpet tiles down, take the vinyl tiles up and fix the carpet tiles to the concrete."
