Turning reclaimed stone into garden feature

I've bought some reclaimed stone pieces and would like them making into a garden feature. Can a stonemason do this, or do I need a builder? There's a troughlike piece, a gargoyle and some small pillars.

"Stonemasons are the experts when working with stone. A builder could be less expensive but not necessarily better. It very much depends on what you have planned for the stone and how complex the job is. I would reach out to a local Stonemason first and they will direct you."
