Tilt and turn window advice

Is getting a tilt and turn window worthwhile? What are its advantages overall? I’m considering having one installed but want to weigh up the pros and cons and my other options first.

"Hi Angie, most people choose tilt and turns if you have windows awkward to access or open on to a public area eg pavement or walkway"

"Hi, depending on the size normally if it is too big it will drop and will have to be adjusted regularly. If it’s normal size or under you won’t have an issue. If it is in a bedroom or liveable room it is good for a fire escape and also easier to clean as it open inwards.
Hope this helps."
