Stone tiles for underfloor heating

Are stone tiles safe to use on top of underfloor heating? Does it depend and if so, what should I consider to figure out whether it’s safe?

"You have to isolate very good underfloor with some Duralay 3mm underlay then you can fit the heating and after that you have to do the level flooring with cement and last lime the stone tiles or marble. After that don't forget to seal the flooring with 2 coats to marble sealing. Good luck"
