"It all depends how much you want moving but make sure the man with the van is registered to remove your waste ie certificates etc

Look at budgetskips.com for examples of the different skips required for small, medium, large jobs needed Hope this helps best of luck 👍"

"Defo cheaper man in a van
They do all the hard work
You don’t lift a finger
And you're only charged for the volume of waste taken on the day.
Where are you based and what type of rubbish would you be looking to dispose of?"

"It all depends on what you want to put in the skip and where the waste is. If it's a load of metal for instance a man and van would be cheaper. If it's clean hardcore then tell the skip people and they will give you a better rate. If you mix waste together that's expensive but a man and van might be able to separate the waste to make it cheaper. A man and van might be good news if you're elderly and they can do all the lifting for you. Hope this helps."

"It can be cheaper to hire a man with a van rather than a skip. It can sometimes be quicker and more convenient to hire a man with a van also, you don't need to apply for permits to keep the van on the public road as you do with a skip and the van will be gone the same day whereas a skip might be there for days. Just remember to check their waste license and make sure they are going to dispose of your rubbish correctly as if it is found dumped on public land it is you that is liable."
