"Resin Bound is mixed together in a rotary mixer and is permeable whereas bond has resin poured onto a hard surface then the stones scattered on top"

"Resin Bonded system is where resin is spread across the surface and loose stone is scattered on top. a resin bonded system delivers a non-permeable, single stone layer surface. Because the stone only adheres to the resin on one side, there is potential for the stone to become loose and scattered. I DON’T RECOMMEND
The other option is the Resin Bound system where resin and stone are mixed together first, and then trowelled down into place. A resin bound system delivers a permeable, durable, accessible, multi-layer surface. Because the finish is smooth there is no loose stone."
