"You can buy handles in Trago, B&Q, etc. Most are a standard fitting and should cost about £5. They are usually held on with two screws so shouldn't take long to fit. The screws are likely underneath a cap of some type."

"How much it cost to replace the handle depends where you buy it if the model is still in production, many double glaze companies change their designs and range every few years.

I charge £30 to fit."

"Hi.
The replacement standard uPVC handle can be purchased for around £4 - £10. The cost of the job including labour would vary, due to your location and the Tradesman / handyman's location (travel distance).
I would advise to check what caused the handle to break, It's possible there could be resistance from hinges when opening / closing the window.
Worth checking Before paying to have it replaced.
Regards,
Billy"

"Hi Helen, for the handle itself you are looking at a cost of between £5 - £10. People’s labour rates can vary so that really depends on the person you employ to do that job. It is only a small job though so I wouldn't imagine anyone would charge you more than £40."

"All of the above is correct, there are 4 main options other than finish/colour. These are, left hand and right hand and diamond or square spindle position. If the reason for a replacement is due to a lost key this can be purchased for less than £5. The other thing to hope for is it not be the mechanism in the window that has failed."

"Hi,

Well depending on the handle & window type it could be anything between £50 and £150 but there are a lot of variables involved so a closer look to assess it will enable a more accurate price.

Kind Regards,

"I can come and look to see if it is just the handle or whether it's a mechanism, it it's the handle then I can can fit for £30.00 if it's the mechanism it depends on the size of the window."

"Supply & fit would be around £35. This is just a rough estimate as I would need to see the handle. Hope this helps, if you need anything else just let me know.
