"Hi,
You most certainly can.
The current sill will most likely be stuck down with some silicone. It’ll either pull up whole and come off easy or break as you pull.
New sill board comes in various sizes, so measure from the window to edge of the sill to get the correct size. A local UPVC supplier should be able to give you the the correct size, sill board comes in 5m lengths. Also remember to buy sill end caps to cover both ends of the sill. Stick the board down with silicone or similar. Then seal around the bottom of the window and both reveals.
Hope this helps and makes sense."

"Hi , it would be difficult as the cill is attached to the window frame, so not possible in my opinion."

"If you are referring to the sill that the window is sat on and is visible from the outside of the property? You would need to remove the entire window to change the pvc sill. The sill would be screwed the the bottom of the window. It’s not impossible to change the cill withopuit removing the window, but would involve a lot of work and would require a gap below the sill to drop it down by 5mm to slide it out from under the window. If the frame was screwed the to sill, from frame to sill its possible only if cill was packed up brickwork, and packers and silicon could be removed allowing the sill to drop down and slide out. Would only be worth suggesting as a last resort."

"When you say window sill do you mean internal window board because if so you should be able to exchange"

"Yes, you can remove a PVC window sill in a bedroom if it’s internal and have a new one fitted—either by yourself (DIY) or by hiring a professional."
