Regular problems with blockage

Hello.

I have lived in my property for a year and a half and since then I’ve had to have my drain cleared 7 times.
Waste backs up and has been coming out of my guttering drain. It’s not flowing into the manhole and off into the main sewage line.
I’ve had 2 cctv drain survey's done and they see no issue with the drain.

My kitchen sink also gurgles and makes noises especially when my washing machine is on. I had the drain that all my kitchen and bathroom water goes to apparently that’s clear too and see no issues.

What could the problem be please? Hope I’ve explained this clearly.

"Hello Charlotte

With regards to your kitchen sink have the internally waste pipes been cleared i.e with a machine that can clear scale.

with the CCTV surveys did you get the footage of these surveys showing no problems. has the fall of the drain been checked,"

"Hi, sounds like to me the drains haven’t been installed correctly. As in the underground pipes either haven’t got enough of a fall on them or haven’t got any fall on them for the waste to run away. If this is the case drains would need to be dug up and installed correctly. Thank you"

"The benching on the manhole isn’t correct so blocks the remedy is to renewthe benching for a better flow"

"If there is a soil pipe attached serving a toilet you may want to check it vented properly if someone has cut the vent off and capped it the lack of fresh air ingress could be causing a vacuum mimicking a blockage I’ve seen this many times ,

"Hi Charlotte. With regards to your drainage problems. It sounds like a build up in the small bore waste pipes reducing the flow and making it back surge . Also there could be a backfall on the drainage again causing blockages.... hope this helps ..."

"If the drain is shared with your neighbours then the clearance should be the responsibility of the local water company providing the waste discharges to a public sewer and not a private system like a septic tank."
