    My back door will not close at all. I don't know how to adjust hinges

    "A locksmith or double glazing specialist should be able to sort that out for you. If you don't know what you're doing its best left to an expert. It may be a simple adjustment but if you attempt it yourself you may make it a bigger job than is actually necessary"
