Pvc doorwont close or lock

My back door will not close at all. I don't know how to adjust hinges

The hinges are adjusted by Allen key under the caps left and right and up and down the keeps are also adjustable as are the sleepers ding locks

This could be because your door is not aligned correctly

A locksmith or double glazing specialist should be able to sort that out for you. If you don't know what you're doing its best left to an expert. It may be a simple adjustment but if you attempt it yourself you may make it a bigger job than is actually necessary

The hinges should have adjustment screws on the side of them.using an Alan key you'll be able to adjust the hinge up or down or left or right to determine the closure of the door

Checking the correctness of assembly (i.e. horizontal, vertical, square).  Setting the same gaps between the frame and the sash.
