I have wasps/bees and rats nesting under the garden shed, that l would like eradicated

Rats are often present due to key attractants such as a habitable area, food and water.  Removal of these items will help to control your issue.

Call a pest control company local to you. Dont call the first company you come to on Google as they are likely to be a clearing house who will charge you too much then sub contract the work out.

Rats can be easily eradicated, but if you have bumble bees under your shed, then they will not become a problem. 
If you have a wasp nest, then they could become problematic towards the end of the summer they often become aggressive.
