Main front window external beading

Question

The beading is missing across the top of my front room window. The beading is external as it is probs twenty years old..I can't get the beading so what is the best course of action...

I have use D trim and shaved down to look in keeping with the rest to match hope this helps.

I would get some white silicone and fill the gap first then get some wood glass need the best match as possible and under coat it and gloss it and the cut and stick it in with silicone and tape wait until dry remove tape

External Beaded windows are past their best and fail most energy tests 
I would definitely consider full replacement to reap the rewards of a better look and lower heating bills

Assuming your windows are timber, one option would be to remove a small profile section and take to your local timber merchants to see if they can replicate this for you.

is this a mastic bead thats simple job if its a timber or pvcu bead once again relatively simple task

Or replace window

You will probably need new window I'm afraid most windows are internal glaze now so I think finding a bead will be very hard
