    Is marble ok for my kitchen?

    Hi, I’d like to have some changes made at home. Just wondering if marble is suited for use in kitchens?

    "Hello, some people want marble. But I don't recommend it as the marble will stain very easy.

    The best stone for marble is granite or Quartz"

    Yes, marble is suitable for kitchens, but you must be careful when working with acidic foods and liquids as these may etch the surface of the area that gets in contact with the acids.
    We recommend using a trivet or chopping board to slice and cut lemon, orange, etc.

    "Hello there the answer to your question is simple Marble is not suitable for My kitchen worksurface it’s way too soft porous scratches too easy and chips you will need granite or a quartz stone worktop for a kitchen"
