    "Hi, yes LVT is ideal for both area's as it is glued down and is then waterproof I have fitted it for years one of the best flooring products on the market.

    "It is always down to the homeowner/tenant and how clean they are etc I am also not a fan of any flooring that requires glue but again products are changing each day so it's hard to say, it also depends on subfloor and installation"
