    How resistant is LTV flooring?

    Flooring Specialists

Is LVT flooring resistant to scratches? How about water? I’m trying to find out more about LVT flooring while considering it as an option for my home.

LVT tile (Multi-level vinyl tile) or MLVT as it used to be called is a flooring that is built up in layers to create a good backing a dense construct and a hard wear layer to the surface.
Good, I’m most areas around the home or at work depending on the installation type and area use.
Wet areas are better suited to an anti-slip flooring however some LVTs are more hard-wearing than others as the polyurethane coating is tougher in some products.
    Hope this helps 👍"

"It’s not scratch resistant. You can lay lvt tiles in any area apart from walk in showers"
