How many labourers will i need to build a 4 bedroom house in the Greenwich area

I am looking for help with building a 4 bedroom to 6 bedroom house in the Greenwich area .

How much does it cost to build a house in Greenwich?

including material's, you can get a finished build, plaster skim finish for  around 2000 per sq meter .
