How long does vinyl take?

How long would 6x10 vinyl take to fit?
And what the best vinyl to have for a front room?
Thanks in advance

"Hi it would take a day to do that and I would use LVT"

"About 2 hour's too fit, but best to have LVT in front room, better for wear and tear, 15 year guarantee, bit more expensive but worth it"

"Should take an hr to an hr and a half depending if it’s a kitchen or a room . I’d go for a 5-6 mm thickness with a felt back anti tear , anti slip"

"Lvt is a great choice for longevity and is available in practically any finish or style you can dream of, depending on the condition of your current floor it could take anywhere from 4 hours to 2 days (only really longer than 1 day if flooring repairs are needed before laying)"

"That is a vary vast answer as it all depends on subfloor foot traffic and weather there a lot of natural light

Domestic vinyl is soft and is normally loose layed bar a small amount of contact adhesive spray around the edge you cannot move furniture along it and is is not ideal for animal as it’s soft and will tear easily also furniture will indent it and sunlight from large bay lounge window can bleach it easily within a year most of the time

LVT or laminate are really the only long term options vinyl is only really good for bathrooms and kitchens due to the fact that when masticked they are 100% waterproof"

""If it’s 6footx10foot should only take a day and half at the most. Most options are good for a living room, if you wanted something more durable I would go for floor tiles""
