How to disguise hairline cracks in ceramic white bathroom wall tiles

"Hello. I would suggest to try small amount of tile filler / epoxy filler into the hairline crack. Maybe this will help."

"Unfortunately you can't... Something is going on behind the tiles that's caused the cracking.
Are the tiles in a wet area? as water will soon get in behind them.
The only thing I can suggest for now but I wouldn't really advise it would be to paint them with tile paint"

"Think of a shelf a fake mirror a towel rad and improvise. But other then that you can also use enamel based paint also final decision find and match color and size tile and replace"
