H class vacuums

I have had the asbestos ceiling in my boiler room encapsulated with a spray foam layer.
I now need to hoover out the room.
Would I be able to do this with a H class vacuum cleaner and appropriate respiratory equipment and are there people who provide services like this?

"It's always best to call in the experts when dealing with asbestos. The company that did this should have properly sealed off the area and then cleaned down the area using H class vacuums and non-hazardous cleaning agents. ALL CLEAR ASBESTOS a company in Bournemouth are licensed to do this safely for you and will issue a Statement of Cleanliness Certificate once the area is safe, clean and tidy."

"You need to hire a specialist company that deals with asbestos removal as you cannot do this yourself."
