To get the most accurate removal quote it is best to list the items - large items (bedframes, dining room tables, chests of drawers etc), small items (vacuum cleaners, lawnmowers, etc) and how many boxes approximately (always over quote , if you think it’ll be 8 large boxes ask for a quote for 10) . A video or pictures does not always clearly show and you run the risk of the removal company adding extras - you also may get it cheaper in a list format as pictures can be deceiving.
