Eradicating damp in bottom corners of double glazed windows

Question

I have small damp patches at cill level on some north facing windows.  What suggestions do you have for eradicating this problem?

EITHER A VENTILATION ISSUE OR GLASS ISSUE. INSTALL TRICKLE VENTS OR CHANGE GLASS TO A-RATED

Unfortunately with older double glazing the spacer bar between the glass as a aluminium spacer which transfers cold through to internal pane which creates a cold spot hence cold bridging on new units it is a thermal break between to stop cold transfer

Sounds like the sills seals are leaking maybe need new seals

If you have damp patches at cill level it is 99% of time because the window isn't bedded onto cill and water is blowing under frame and along and over lip on cill

This could be caused by old age windows with a metal spacer bar or if your windows don’t have trickle//night vents in them

Ther a possibility water driving in the the corner of the Cil on bottom of the window so blowing back if no foam or even sealed in enuf
