I have small damp patches at cill level on some north facing windows. What suggestions do you have for eradicating this problem?

"Unfortunately with older double glazing the spacer bar between the glass as a aluminium spacer which transfers cold through to internal pane which creates a cold spot hence cold bridging on new units it is a thermal break between to stop cold transfer"

"If you have damp patches at cill level it is 99% of time because the window isn't bedded onto cill and water is blowing under frame and along and over lip on cill"

"This could be caused by old age windows with a metal spacer bar or if your windows don’t have trickle//night vents in them"
