"Hi. Electricity meters can only be supplied by the electricity company. Typically they need about 2-3 weeks lead time. If the apartments are new I am making the assumption that all of the main electricity supplies for the apartments have been sorted out. The cost all depends on where the meter is to be located, the length of run of cable (if over 3 meters then a separate fused switch has to be installed) typically for just moving a meter expect about £450.00. To install a new electricity supply and meter then the sky really is the limit. The last new connection with a meter that I arranged cost £5400."
