"Tiles will outlive rolls by a long time. Rolls are easily torn depending what room you have it in ie kitchen with breakfast bar and stools vinyl roll would be no use. Hope this helps 😊"

"Durability. Vinyl flooring is highly durable. If installed and maintained correctly, it can last upwards of 10-20 years. That said, vinyl is a great choice for the rooms in your house that get the most foot traffic.

"Tiles are alot tougher than sheet vinyl generally. Some sheet vinyl is tougher than other sheet vinyl though and if it's fully stuck down using flooring adhesive and a notched trowel it's stronger than if you just stick it around the perimeter or use spray glue.

Can't beat dry back luxury vinyl tiles IMO. They can scratch, which is their biggest downside but otherwise they're the best flooring available IMO!"

"I believe the tiles are most durable then vinyl because they are made of natural earth clay s and they resist to high temperature"

"Tile will last longer than vinyl as tiles are stronger and more durable.
Tiles usually last around 10/20 years if laid properly with a solid sub floor"
