Hi there here at RWS we certainly offer a guarantee providing we do all base work prior to works being carried out. All materials used will also be under guarantee from supplier.
This is my view other traders may vary always check and have in writing just to be sure , hope this helps

They should do, it should be a written ten year guarantee stating all the exact terms and stipulations of what is covered. I personally wouldn't trust a company that didn't offer any form of one.
