Do orangeries need foundations digging?

Do orangeries always need foundations? Is it possible to build one without?

"absolutely yes,it's a structured building, poss no planning, but you have to adere to the local governments building regulations ,best to go online ,or visit your local government for guidance, but diffently will need a footing for the foundation"
