Ask your QuestionDoes planning permission legislation in relation to having a garden paving installed apply to the entire UK? Or is it specific to different regions/some regions?

"No you don't need any planning permission for paving as long as it is on your own land ....hope this helps"

As I’m aware you might need permission if you are a council or private rental but if you own ya own property you don’t.
