Coping stone repair
One of my garden wall's coping stones has cracked. It's still fixed in place quite solidly, so I'm wondering if I can do something to prevent the crack getting worse by sealing it? The stone is buff coloured, possibly Indian sandstone

"If you have a spare stone then get a hammer and hit the stone until it becomes a powder ... mix with cement and it will be almost same colour as the coping stone ... point into the cracked coping with the mix"

"If it’s Sandstone or Bath Stone, you can use a two part Stonemasonry Clear Glue which drys in around half an hour. Then just sand off excess glue…"

"If this coping is sandstone then the cracks can be filled carefully with a two part resin, when set use a weather protection fluid such as thompsons water seal which dries colourless and does not stain or discolour the coping."
