No most will be simple upvc with steel frames internal if they need to be reinforced.

There aluminium they Don't need oxidising. 
They don't rust, they get powdered coated to what ever colour you desire, same goes to upvc windows and doors. Some manufacturers put a pigment in the profile.

No they are not,they are upvc which is plastic or wood you then get metal windows aswell some upvc are steeled some aren’t it depends on the size and the colour,all colour windows foil/sprayed all need steeling as the temperature bends it in the summer.

PVC Windows can have Titanium Dioxide as an ingredient….

Which cuts down fading//discolouring
