Cleaning limestone

The limestone walls in my garden look stained. Is it possible to clean them without damaging them?

"Depending on the face finish of the stone you can either jet wash or steam the surface and if that removes the staining then once it’s been left to dry out then it is best to seal the surface with a suitable stone sealer which will then give it a layer of protection against the elements and I would advise you to seal the walls once a year"

"Yes I would Jet wash or possibly Steam clean using a similar one to Wallpaper Removal one maybe! Then once dried completely, use a Sealer to Waterproof/seal said walls…
Hope this helps…."
