I have had the asbestos ceiling in my boiler room encapsulated with a spray foam layer. I now need to hoover out the room. Would I be able to do this with a H class vacuum cleaner and appropriate respiratory equipment and are there people who provide services like this?

How often should chimneys be swept? We use ours for a wood burning stove but it's only in use on very cold days.
