Apart from roof pitch and head height, is there anything else structural that can make a loft conversion difficult?
I already have a loft conversion but I would like to extend the back of it out by adding a dormer in order to add more height and space as it's currently got an apex roof. How much would it cost to just straighten out one side of the roof to a flat top roof style dormer?
