    Ask a Tradesman

Can you fit your own carpets without experience?

    Flooring Specialists

Would you recommend carpet fitting as a diy project? I have never done it before but I thought with lockdown I might have a go. Am I best to wait and get a professional in?

"Ideally wait for a tradesman, carpet needs to be stretched using the correct tools. you dont want to cut it short especially if you dont have a stretcher."

"My suggestion would be to hire a tradesman, as they have the knowledge and the tools to install correctly."
