Ask your QuestionSo I’ve a concrete floor in my property. Is it okay to fit a wood floor directly atop it or should this be avoided? Are there some scenarios where it would be okay and others where it would not work? Thanks.

"You can lay wood floor on top of concrete if you have underlay with the floor and the concrete can't be wet as the wood floor will soak it up and the floor will be ruined"

Preferably silver-backed on the roll to anticipate any damp"
"Hi normally not unless your sticking floor to concrete with an adhesive normally you would use underlay or whisper boards"
