    Flooring Specialists

My existing floor is not totally even. Is it still okay to fit linoleum flooring over it?

"Floor needs to be flat to fit linoleum. If subfloor is concrete would need latexing or if wood subfloor would need ply boarding."

"It is recommended to apply a smoothing compound compound if the subfloor is concrete or sand and cement screed or lined with plywood if the subfloor is wood"

"I'm afraid you're floor needs to be flat .not necessarily level but definitely flat .if floor is concrete it needs a screed .if floor is wood it will need ply .ONLY WHEN THE FLOOR IS NOT FLAT"
