"This will depend on a few things, your location, if the aerial will be pointing into solar panels and also if your roof is lined with foil backing insulation"

"Depending on your location to the transmitter you intend to use, the make up and structure of the roof, a loft installation is viable."

"Yes you can put a aerial in the loft. You also buy a loft aerial kit if you are going to do it your self which includes a small aerial, bracket and cabling and connections."

"If you have solar panels, foil insulation or live in a weaker signal area it wouldn't be recommended."

"Depends where you live and what's in between you and the aerial transmitter, most of the time you can"

"If this is a normal TV aerial and not a satellite disc this is perfectly safe, most new build homes now have the aerial in the loft and the wiring is already run to this area for the owners. There is not many consideration to make however ensure you know the direction the signal is coming from and place the aerial on that side of the loft pointing towards the transmitter."

"All depends on the signal strength in your area. Most engineers will have a meter and good knowledge to establish what would be the best option for your job. Also taking into account whether you have outlets on your rooms or if leads will have to be directly fed behind how ever many TVs you require."
