Answered on 8th Jun 2022 - Member since Apr 2019 - report"Honestly at this question you have people who they can evaluate a property and they have some guide lines but as a builder I can tell that if you have a three bedrooms and convert your attic you going to have 4 but I'd the " technical data off the house show 3 I dont know honestly I'm not expert in selling property I know that you have some criteria to this kind off demand and an evaluation expert who knows better I think only if is approved by the right people the 4 th bedroom and you have the right documents 4 the.contruction off the.building that shown 4 bedroom house you can sell as a 4 bedroom house the 4 bedroom house should have a toilet and a bathroom and a 3 bedroom house should have only a bathroom its gest an opinion you have to fulfill some criteria that the house could be sold as a 4 bedroom"
