Best type of flooring in garage for gym equipment?

Afternoon guys, I’ve bought a personal gym for my garage including quite heavy weights that might damage the concrete. What type of flooring will save the floor from damage?

"Hi, we used to fit flooring in the sports direct and everlast gyms. Ideally a compact rubber would be the best it comes in 2 meter rolls and is applied using epoxy resin. A cheaper option would be high density carpet tiles but depending on how heavy the weights are it might still damage floor underneath over time."

"You can buy interlocking rubber matting ( looks like a jigsaw ) that’s designed specificity for your purpose and easy to fit yourself and can be removed when finished with."
