Back boiler combi replacement

I’m looking at buying a property with a back boiler, what would the likely cost be of removing this and replacing with a combi boiler? Appreciate costs would vary, depending on work needed. The current back boiler backs onto the kitchen wall (from behind the lounge fireplace) and would want the new boiler in the kitchen. Thanks in advance

"About 3 thousand, to include flushing the system, changing all the rad valves on all radiators.
In addition what controls you want to turn heating on and off, ranges from about 100 pounds."

"Hi Darren, we generally have options for the work you’ve described which start from £2000. This would involve removal of the old boiler, removal & decommission hot water tank & installation of the new boiler. There are some variables which we’d need to know the specifics of the property but £2000 is a good starting point for a basic Combi boiler option."

"Hi. Roughly and I mean roughly when saying this. Around 4000. Depending on boiler model. You’ll need a new gas supply also."

"Hi there, Anthony here, loads of variables to consider but for a conversion to a combi with a ten-year warranty and decent quality wi-if controls, starting price would be £2800."

"Hi Darren,

This is Wayne from iPlumb.

In response to your question about replacing a back boiler with a combination boiler. The last one I did about 2 months ago cost £2,400 supply and fit. This was a standard boiler with a 5-year guarantee. If you want a different/better boiler the cost would be in the region of £2,800-£3,200 depending on what boiler and pipework etc involved.
Also nowadays we don't just change the boiler you will most likely need thermostatic valves, filters, pipework flushing etc.
I hope this helps.
If you do buy the property I would be able to give you a free quote.

Kind regards
