Any possible way a fifteen year old could be hired

My highschool sent me to college just before lockdown and I completed my level one in bricklaying, I have the certificate from the college to prove it. I was wondering if anybody knows if I could be hired now or would I have to wait until I’m sixteen?

"Usually in the building trade, you would have to be sixteen. If you did get taken on bear in mind that legally your powers would be limited. You cannot operate machinery or power tools for example. Also, you would not be able to obtain a basic CSCS green card until you are 16. Hope this helps."

"Hi mate, I'm really sorry but you'd have to be 16 for insurance purposes."

"You have to wait until your sixteen mate!
Unless you are working for your family, in which case nobody can stop you.
Basically, by law you cannot work for anyone."
