Ants are eating wall

Hi

my home wall is eaten by ants.

daily I found so much eaten up wood near skirting board.

Please advice what to do.

There are many species of ants - all with their own characteristics. You could have Garden Ants, Carpenter Ants or another species. They could be foraging and pushing up wood or chewing through the wood, or even nesting.

The only way your going to get rid of the ants that have made there home so close to yours is by carrying out a treatment with an insecticide. Ants use or break down materials to extend there colonies or to allow for more easier access, by only treating the ants you can see on the service won’t completely eliminate the problem as the queen will continue to lay eggs and rebuild the loss of workers ants. A treatment will need to be carried out so all the ants in the colony including the queen is removed.
