3x3 conservatory cost

How much does it cost for a 3x3 conservatory that isn't naff? What's the cost difference between this and a small extension which doesn't require a door between the new room and the main house?

"You would typically be looking at £25k for a good quality conservatory with an insulated roof then add another £10k for an extension."

"Hi Laura, depending on what type of roof you want on your conservatory we send to use the Warm roof system now which allows the conservatory to be used summer and winter and be very thermally efficient so a 3x3 conservatory Edwardian or Victorian will probably come in around £12 to £15,000 and that will be A- glass and frames, I would imagine a brick extension with a flat roof would probably come in around £18 to £20,000."

"Depending on ground where the conservatory is to be sited and if it is to be on be on a brick dwarf wall or full height glass could have lower level panels as an alternative, these vary the costs also the type and style of the proposed roof, and of course internal finish stage required, all this the costs can vary, but all will be done correctly no corners cut, variant from £9000- £14000 max."

"Hi Laura, the overall cost really depends on the type of roof you choose for the conservatory. We now mainly use a warm roof system, which makes the space comfortable to use all year round and provides excellent thermal efficiency. For a 3m x 3m Edwardian or Victorian conservatory, you would typically be looking at a price in the region of £14,000 to £16,000, including A-rated glass and frames. In comparison, a brick-built extension with a flat roof would likely be slightly higher, roughly £19,000 to £23,000, depending on the final specification."
