"When its to eliminating flying insects within a commercial premises, the recommended method of pest control would be to use electric glueboard units (EGUs) as these units prevent the body parts of the insects being spread food work surfaces due to the explosive reaction of coming into contact with the electrifying components of electric fly killers (EFKs). The glueboards from the the EGUs can be safely removed and replaced with minimal contamination of foodstuffs or work surfaces."
