What's normal for a carpenter/joiners hourly rate in London (for someone decent/experienced)

"If you pay by the hour, you will get what you get, around 35-45£ p/h (London)for an experienced tradesman. Someone on an hourly rate will always drag the job to get more money out of you. If you want someone good to be In and Out get a price from him and get it done."
