What can I do to prolong the performance fitness of artificial grass? With real grass, it’s easy to know what to do but with artificial grass, are there any steps at all I can take to take care of it? Is it really just a matter of leaving it be and hoping for the best? Or are there specific approaches and ways to maintain an artificial lawn over the years? Thank you.

"Firstly invest in a good quality product with a tuft of 38 mm or more.
Birds still drop seeds which will germinate in water between filaments so remove before they puncture the membrane below.
An artificial lawn rake (I have one) brings the tufts back up to give it a lift.
Great product if you have dogs! Spray regularly in summer and a non bleach household spray can be used and hose weekly."
