How much should it cost to fully re wire a 2 bed bungalow approximately

Hi Nickie, it might depend on how many points you want, as well as the location. I  can roughly calculate between 2k to 3.5 including material.

From my experience it is not a fixed amount but I can say that it is between 2500 - 3500 pounds depending on when the work starts (the price of materials is constantly increasing now) and what kind of sockets and switches the client wants. Usually the initial price is with sockets and white basic switch

There is no set cost of a Rewire.   two properties could be 2 bedroom and completely different sizes and need a quote in person. Estimate price would £80-90 per a point. Every socket,switch  and light is a switch plus a fuseboad of £500

All depends on the the amount of points you'll like installed. Anything above 4k +vat for a registered contractor to carry our the project who can notify the local council and issue a certificate afterwards.
