Dip in tarmac drive

We’ve just had our drive done, tarmac and brick edging, it looks amazing and all but we have a pool of water where we’ve realised it has a dip in the finish..
this is incredibly frustrating, what would be the solution to solving this please?

"The area would need cutting out where it has dipped, more type one sub base putting in, whackering and re tarmacing."

"Hi seems it wernt wacked tidy when completed pretty easy to solve just pull up affected area relay sufficient sand .and relay compact area with wacker plate and a rubber fitting on bottom should"
