I need to know the type of thermostatic valve I need to buy in order to turn one of my radiators on and off

I have an extractor fan and light fitting combo inside the shower area and the bulb just gets wet and doesn't work. Is there any way to fix this?

Looking for floor boards to be replaced in part of bedroom and small landing area.

Deep Clean whole house, tenants moved into filth, have done a fair bit of cleaning themselves .

Weeding at the front of my house and grass cutting on my gable end and clearance of waste

would require a back boiler removing and a new combi boiler fitting in the loft, keep the existing rads.

I have already got the grass done its just bushes i would like them trimming down

Remove lath and plaster ceiling, middle ceiling and false ceiling, support waste pipe running along middle ceiling, make good and re plaster

Chase central heating pipes into wall and move location of one radiator
